The engineers at Solid State Exchange & Repair Co. started research on establishing efficient and cost effective methods of repairing and calibrating electronic circuit breaker trip units in the fall of 1997. By the middle of the following year, a repair program and office procedures had been developed that allowed the staff at SSER to begin accepting sales and repair orders from all customers, domestic and international. SSER was growing quickly and additions to the team were hired in the shop and the front office. By 2004, we had outgrown our leased facility and moved into our own 4200 Sq. ft. building.
